Terms of Service & Good Customer Policy

By creating an account and making a purchase through BTMSinsiders, Breakthrough Marketing Secrets, or other Fresh Look, Inc. properties, I agree to be a good, honest, and ethical customer.  This includes but is not limited to the specific situations below.

GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

I understand that BTMSinsiders, Breakthrough Marketing Secrets, and Fresh Look, Inc. have procedures in place to prevent refund fraud and abuse of a generous Guarantee Policy, while still allowing good, honest, and ethical customers like me to try the products and services without risk or obligation.

As a customer, I agree not to commit refund fraud or abuse the guarantee policy.  I agree to only request a refund in the case of a legitimate and justifiable dissatisfaction with the quality and value of the content and other member benefits received.

I understand that all refund requests are subject to investigation. 

If a customer's refund request is determined to be fraud or an abuse of the guarantee policy, that customer will still receive a refund in line with the guarantee policy, however they will also be blacklisted.

Blacklisting may include but is not limited to:

  • The customer's email, payment information, and other personal identifiers being added a customer block list at payment processing company Stripe, immediately preventing the customer from making any further purchases from BTMSinsiders, Breakthrough Marketing Secrets, Fresh Look, Inc., or any related sites or companies.
  • The customer being flagged through Stripe's Radar fraud prevention system, potentially preventing that customer from making purchases at the 1,000,000+ other businesses who also process payments through Stripe.  
  • The customer being blocked from receiving additional free content through BTMSinsiders, Breakthrough Marketing Secrets, and other Fresh Look, Inc. publications and media channels, including removal from all subscriber lists and other sources of free content.

Evidence supporting a conclusion of fraud or abuse include but are not limited to: 

  • Requesting a refund in the final days of the first-month guarantee period, after consuming a significant volume of training throughout the access period.
  • Requesting the refund simply because the customer wants to spend the money on something else, after consuming a significant volume of training.
  • Any other behavior that is suggestive of wanting to consume and get value from the training but not have to pay for it in the end.

I also understand that the verdict of the investigation is at the sole discretion and subjective judgment of the BTMSinsiders team and Fresh Look, Inc. management.

Additionally, I understand any attempts at avoiding these procedures through credit card chargebacks will be disputed, using this policy and all customer records as evidence.

I agree that as a good, honest, and ethical customer, I probably won't have to worry about any of this.  

Because I plan to only make purchases that I expect to be final, assuming the quality and value of the products and services received matches expectations set by the marketing and sales materials.  

And I agree to only request a refund if I have a legitimate and justifiable dissatisfaction with the products and services received, stemming from not receiving value commensurate with what was promised in the marketing and sales materials.  In which case I understand that it is completely within my rights as a good, honest, and ethical customer to receive a refund without consequence, as promised in the Guarantee Policy.

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

I agree that being respectful is part of being a good, honest, and ethical customer.  And thus I agree to be respectful of all other customers, team members, staff, and anyone else I interact with through BTMSinsiders, Breakthrough Marketing Secrets, or other Fresh Look, Inc. publications and media channels.  

I understand that customers involved in behavior deemed by management to be disrespectful will be subject to disciplinary steps up to and including blacklisting, removal, and the customer being blocked from receiving content through BTMSinsiders, Breakthrough Marketing Secrets, and other Fresh Look, Inc. publications and media channels, including removal from all subscriber lists and other sources of free content.

COPYRIGHT

I understand that all content and intellectual property provided through BTMSinsiders is owned exclusively by Fresh Look, Inc., and can not be shared or otherwise distributed, and is protected by US and International copyright law.  I understand any customers found to be distributing content will immediately lose access to all purchases, without refund or other compensation.
