Q: How do I get access? What does it cost?
A: All training in the BTMSinsiders catalog is available as part of the BTMSinsiders All-Access Pass. A single payment of $37 gets you immediate access to all training currently published in the BTMSinsiders catalog. And you'll continue to have access to all the current training plus any additional training published during your membership, for as long as you maintain your subscription at the same low rate of $37 per month.
Q: How do I update my information or change my password?
A: You can update your email address, password, credit card info, and subscription status from your Account Page.
Q: Do you take PayPal?
A: We'd love to! And yet, we don't. Unfortunately PayPal doesn't play too nicely when it comes to subscription payments. Which means we are not able to offer the BTMSinsiders All-Access Pass with a direct PayPal payment option. However, if you're in the U.S. (again, PayPal's rules, not ours) and set on using PayPal funds for your BTMSinsiders membership, we'll let you in on a little secret. PayPal offers a debit MasterCard you can use to spend PayPal funds wherever MasterCard is accepted (including, with us!). Here's the link for more info about their debit MasterCard, and to apply.
Q: Help... My order won't go through... What do I do?
A: There are many reasons this could happen. The most common reasons for declined orders are:
- The credit card number or expiration date is invalid. (Check for typos?)
- There are insufficient funds in the cardholder's account.
- The bank's fraud rules which can take many factors into consideration.
If your order isn't going through and you've checked to make sure you've entered the correct card information, the first step is to contact your bank and see if they can tell you why the transaction isn't going through. You could also try another card, if that's an option. Or if none of this is working, email email@example.com and we'll see if there's anything we can do on our end.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: Try us for your first month, at zero risk or obligation. If you're not totally satisfied for any reason, cancel your subscription on your Account Page. Then email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a prompt and courteous full refund of your first month's fee. After your first month, cancel anytime, and you won't be billed a penny more.
Q: Will you be adding training on XYZ topic?
A: First, check out the All Courses page, where you can see all training currently available. You can filter by category and search for specific topics from that page as well.
Second, we have a general list of topics we're focusing on included in the description of the BTMSinsiders All-Access Pass. That will give you a high-level idea of where the total training catalog is going, and what topics we're most likely to cover in the near future.
Third, you can make specific suggestions for training you'd like to see, as well as see a list of the specific training that will be published next at the Coming Soon page. If you want a specific topic to be covered, the best way to submit that recommendation is to click the Suggest Topics button on the Coming Soon page.
Q: Will you be adding XYZ feature to BTMSinsiders?
A: Our core focus is to share ideas that grow your business. We want to be the best source of proven direct response marketing advice, packaged up in a simple subscription giving you anytime, on-demand access to any and all training you need. In order for us to provide the best value in line with that core focus, we've opted to exclude a lot of other features that might complement your BTMSinsiders content. We want to get our one thing right in Phase I, before we consider what else to add. However, we are currently taking recommendations for Phase II features, and you can give us your best ideas by emailing email@example.com.
Q: How can I download the training videos?
A: The short answer is that we don't offer downloads of the multimedia training content.
The longer answer is that the entire BTMSinsiders model is based on streaming access to the training. If we were to offer each training title individually and for permanent or download access, it would significantly shift our approach and economics. Namely, we'd have to charge you much more up front for access to the same training. (Others offering similar content charge from $97 to $3,000 or more per title.)
Also, our guest instructors are paid based on actual viewership of the training. This is tracked through Wistia, our streaming video platform, and there is currently no way within Wistia (or comparable platforms) to track this with downloadable content. Our goal is to make this as attractive an opportunity as possible for guest instructors so we can keep expanding your training library. This is the best and fairest approach we could come up with.
Yes, even in an age of ubiquitous high-speed internet, we recognize the value of being able to access the training while not connected. However, our choice of economic models plus technological constraints have led us to adopt the streaming-only now and for the foreseeable future.
Q: Do you offer an affiliate program?
A: We do not offer a plug-and-play affiliate arrangement. We do, however, have full revenue-sharing capabilities for the lifetime of the subscriber. And we're happy to consider select strategic joint venture arrangements. For more details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
