It's a single document meant to lay out the highest-level strategy from company identity to value proposition and value creation on a per-client level to the process for attracting and converting ideal clients.

From this, a series of projects and to-dos can be created, to take the business from where they are now to where they need to be. 

The process has just started with this client.

And I will, of course, keep all of their information confidential.

But even as I was creating this, I realized…
